The Les Schwab Amphitheater is Bend’s premiere outdoor concert venue, and its summer concert season is set to start with a bang the evening of Sunday, June 9. Either one of these artists coming to play in Bend would be pretty big news in itself. But having both Jason Isbell and Father John Misty show up to what’s practically our backyard is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of occurrence.

Father John Misty is a folk-rock troubador and trickster whose wry lyrics and social media hijinks sometimes belie an undeniable songwriting genius.
