The LOHR Real Estate story officially began about a decade ago, when Kip and Megan Lohr, after working for several well-established brokerages, decided to embark on their own adventure. Their mission: to be a force of good in the local market, helping to stem the tide of bad information and questionable advice that had emerged in the wake of the financial crisis of 2008.

LOHR Real Estate’s no-nonsense, client centered approach quickly caught on, aided by Kip’s popular local radio program, Real Estate Revolution. That’s the same approach we’re proud to maintain to this very day. We’re overjoyed to help open doors for our clients and share the unique pleasures of the Bend Life.

What distinguishes our team of Realtors from the competition? In a sentence, we’re all about keeping it real. We’re not here to sell you anything.
