For a decade of that, he ran Bodhi Construction alongside his real estate practice. Two full careers, running parallel. That’s why when Kip tours a home with you, he already knows who built it and how well they built it. He knows when a quirk of the neighborhood is going to bite you five years in, and when something a seller hasn’t disclosed might quietly kill the deal at inspection. He’ll tell you what you need to hear, not always what you want to hear.
When he’s not working, Kip is the founder, leader, and bassist of Funk Around & Find Out, a dance-floor funk band in Bend. He lives in Bend and works with clients across Central Oregon and Lane County.
